How to Track Your Order

  • Check your email: After your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

  • Use our tracking page: Enter your tracking number directly in the “Track Your Order” section on our website.

  • Visit the carrier’s website: Alternatively, copy your tracking number and paste it on the official website of the carrier used for your shipment (e.g., DHL, UPS, FedEx, SDA, etc.).


Shipping Information

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and the shipping method selected.

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation.

  • Domestic deliveries (Italy): typically 2–5 business days.

  • International deliveries: typically 5–10 business days, depending on the destination country.


Shipment Issues?

If your tracking number isn’t active yet or shows no updates, please allow 24 hours—the carrier’s system may need time to refresh.
If the issue persists or your parcel appears lost, contact us immediately at info@noesi.com and include your order number.


Change of Delivery Address

If you need to modify the shipping address after placing your order, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, address changes cannot be guaranteed.


Receiving the Parcel

We recommend checking the package carefully upon delivery.
If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, inform the courier immediately and contact us for assistance.
