Return Policy

In accordance with Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as updated by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason and without incurring any penalty, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products, maintenance items, or other specific accessories clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

To initiate a return, the Customer must send an email request to info@noesi.com within the specified time frame, attaching images that demonstrate the integrity of the product. This verification is required to confirm that the item has not been used.

Returns received without prior email notification will be refunded only if the products are found to be in their original condition. Before shipment, all items undergo a quality control process, with photographic documentation recorded.

Return Method and Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

The Customer must return the products using a trusted courier and ship the package to:

Please clearly indicate the order number on the outside of the package.

Upon request, NOESI Milano can arrange return collection for domestic orders at a cost of €10, which will be deducted from the refund. For international returns, collection can be arranged subject to the Customer’s acceptance of shipping costs.

Conditions for Return Acceptance

The product must be returned in perfect condition, complete with all components, in its original packaging, and without any signs of wear or use.

  • The product must be returned with the original packaging;
  • No scratches, damage, or signs of wear must be present;
  • All original accessories and documents (e.g., dust bag, tags, authentication cards, care booklet) must be included.

The Customer is responsible for proper packaging during shipment. NOESI Milano reserves the right to refuse returns if the product arrives damaged due to inadequate packaging.

All return shipping costs, including any customs duties for returns from outside the EU, are the Customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refund Procedure

Once the returned product has been received and verified to meet the above conditions, NOESI Milano will issue a refund within 10 business days, net of any shipping or customs costs. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • PayPal or Credit Card: refund within 10 business days from receipt of the return.
  • Bank Transfer: the Customer must provide bank details via email; the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

  • The returned product, its packaging, or accessories are not intact;
  • The product shows signs of use or damage not caused by transport;
  • Essential elements or original accessories are missing.

In such cases, the product will be returned to the Customer, with shipping costs charged.

Prices listed on the website may vary over time due to promotions or discounts. The reference price is that which was valid at the time of purchase, and refunds cannot be issued for later price changes.
