Italy

  • Standard delivery: 24–48 business hours (excluding islands and remote areas)
  • Islands and remote areas: 2–4 business days

Europe

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days

International

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be indicated at checkout.
  • During high-demand periods (sales or holidays), delivery times may vary slightly.

Shipping Costs

Italy

  • Free shipping for orders over €200
  • For orders under €200: €9.90

Europe

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and displayed at checkout.

Outside the EU

Rates vary depending on the destination and applicable customs duties. For shipments outside the European Union, any customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

You can also follow your shipment directly from the Track Your Order page by entering your tracking code.

Delivery Methods

All shipments are made via express couriers to ensure fast and secure delivery. The courier will make up to two delivery attempts at the provided address.

Important:

  • Ensure that all shipping details are correct to avoid delivery delays.
  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
  • If the package is held in storage, the customer is responsible for any release fees.
